Return Policy:

Hello Marigold Fam!

We stand by our product and always strive to provide the highest quality clothing.
If you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, you can return unworn and unwashed items for refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 DAYS after the order is received. Shipping charges and shipping protection are nonrefundable.

Please note that all items pending returns MUST meet the following criteria:

-Items must be unworn and unwashed
-Tags must be attached
-No signs of any wear/tear (ex. Smells of perfume, makeup, marks etc.)

When looking to return an item you will be responsible for any shipping costs unless you purchase RE:DO at checkout with your order. If RE:DO is purchased shipping is covered for store credit or exchanges, NOT for a refund. 

Returning in-person at our warehouse in Utah County is always an option, and always free!

Always keep your tracking number, Marigold is not responsible for any lost packages. A refund/exchange will not be eligible until we receive the returned package.

At Marigold, we understand the excitement of receiving your order and we want to make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible.
Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

We strive to ship orders within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your order experience. However, please note that during holiday and sale events, there may be a slight delay in processing as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes.

Shipping Schedule

Orders placed on Fridays after 12PM MST will be picked up at our warehouse by USPS the following Monday. Your tracking information will update at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Pre Orders

If your order contains a Pre Order item, please note that it will ship as soon as it becomes available. We will do our best to keep you informed about the estimated shipping date of your Pre Order item.

Address Accuracy

It is important to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Marigold is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. Please double-check your information before placing your order. While we will do our best to make changes to the address before the order ships, we cannot guarantee any changes once the order has been processed.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
